For buyers
Ready for the next challenge
Serious acquirers who respect confidentiality and move with purpose are welcome. We do not publish a public inventory of businesses for sale.
Our posture
Introductions, not a storefront
Our primary work is sell-side. When a seller engages us, we seek qualified buyers who can demonstrate seriousness, capacity, and respect for nondisclosure.
If you are exploring acquisitions — whether as an individual ready for ownership or as a company looking to grow — we can discuss your criteria and how potential introductions work. There is no catalog of “hot deals” on this site, and we will not invent listings to fill a page.
Confidentiality protects the seller first. Buyers who understand that tend to be the ones worth introducing.
How introductions work
Qualification before detail
01
Conversation
We learn what you are looking for, where you can operate, and how you approach diligence and financing.
02
NDA posture
Sensitive information is shared only under appropriate nondisclosure and with the seller’s consent. Expect that standard.
03
Fit & process
When there may be a fit with an engaged seller mandate, we facilitate a structured introduction — not a fishing expedition.
What we look for
Seriousness over volume
A good fit often includes
- Clear acquisition criteria and realistic expectations
- Willingness to sign and honor nondisclosure
- Capacity to move through diligence without drama
- Respect for the seller’s employees, customers, and legacy
Not a fit
- Browsing for public deal sheets
- Requests for seller identity before NDA and qualification
- Tire-kicking without intent or capacity
